A member asked:

Multiple tiny, slightly raised, non-blanching red dots on bottom of foot in the fleshy mid-section. they don't itch or hurt to touch. dry skin, but not near the dots. i have recently begun jogging. are they cause for concern?

Tinea pedis (athlete's foot) can start out this way. Another possibility is dyshidrosis. You could try an antifungal powder/spray and see if this takes care of the problem. If it is not getting better, would see your physician.
