A BP of 92/50 is a bit low; it can be assessed by checking the BP sitting and standing. If the BP is lower upon standing, it suggests an unhealthy reduced circulating blood volume and/or dilation of one's blood vessels, contributing to the BP fall. One should see one's doctor to evaluate this issue. A decision can be made regarding fluid and salt intake and possible change of medications.
