Yes: Blood clots are possible when you have pain, redness and swelling. You can also notice these signs in your legs and groin. Since you had browns spots on your legs, it means that you have a liver issue which will affect your kidneys which in turn will affect your legs by swelling, It appears that you are dehydrated and not drinking enough water.
