If a girl has epilepsy does this condition can transfer in her siblings children?

This is not a contagious condition. It does not spread in family units. There are some genetic conditions where a tendency toward or actual seizure prone conditions can be inherited. Your best answers would come in a consultation with a clinical geneticist (children's hospital/medical school). They could explore your family tree and any affected case and evaluate specific risk.

Some hereditary conditions do cause epileptic seizures as part of the syndrome, but sporadic or post-traumatic causes do NOT result in a proclivity toward offspring to develop epilepsy.
