Neurologist referral: The one eeg strip might not caught the seizure activity. Therefore your child might benefit from the neurology referral and 24 hours telemetry eeg.

Telemetry at a: teaching hospital is a prolonged EEG during sleep & wake for several days. A sleep study can be done to rule out central or obstructive apnea, as well as studies for gastroesophageal reflux.A repeat MRI of the brain may detect changes if compared to prior studies. A chromosomal microarray may help. Video episodes for her pediatrician & neurologist to seek referral to a tertiary care center
