Could be, yes: After birth or miscarriage, a woman can bleed and spot for a few weeks. The bleeding should become lighter and eventually cease, and then usually by about 6 weeks after, a period may resume. If you are still having severe cramping, clotting, fevers, or pain, see your dr asap.
