Hello doc. cbc normal, urinalysis normal, urine culture no growth, but still have a little burning sensation after pee. now a couple of days i feel my right testical hangs lower than usual and little bit pain feels. scrotal u/s normal what is problem?

Every mature man has one testicle that hangs a bit lower than the other; this is entirely normal. However, the burning sensation might require attention. Probably it's nothing serious, but best to see a doctor to be certain. Good luck.

Pl drink more water and it will be OK. R3e testicle. If tests are negative then best thing is to wear a good scrotal support underwear and you will be fine
