What does it mean if you have left abdominal pain and green stool?

Hard to say. Green is the color of the bile added to feces in transit. It changes through yellows to browns depending on time and germ action. By itself, green just suggest the feces moved through quickly. Abdominal pain is a non-specific symptom that can originate from many different causes. A more reasoned assessment would require an exam and testing.

The most likely cause of left abdominal pain with green stool would be diverticulitis . Diverticulitis is a serious infection and pockets in the colon recommendation journal is to seek mediate medical evaluation ER walk-in clinic or primary care doctors office
