I have a rash on my face/neck area that looks like bumps, but is very itchy. how do i make this go away and what is the cause? i have pictures if i can upload somewhere?

I suspect an allergic reaction to something like makeup,hairspray,creams,etc that has come in contact with these areas. Since your face is involved,consult a dermatologist ASAP for an accurate diagnosis & prompt appropriate treatment. In the meantime,I recommend stopping all makeup,facial creams,hairspray and taking antihistamine medication.
