I(31-yrs) vomited after just 3 drinks. after one dry month later my blood showed high alt(76). i am wondering if my liver was worse before a month.

Possible: It is possible that your liver enzymes was worse one month ago, but the fact that you have not been drinking and the alt now is 76 which is almost normal ( upper normal is 56 ). I would recheck your liver in 2 to 4 weeks to make sure that is is normal and continues with not drinking so that you would not cause inflammation in your liver.
