Referred pain: Gallbladder pain often radiates to the back and sometimes into the shoulder blade area. This pain is likely from your gallbladder problems and not related to your kidneys at all. Have the gallbladder removed and this pain should go away.

CT scan noted trace ascites in pelvis. Unremarkable organs (liver, pancreas, gallbladder, kidneys, etc). Cyst on right ovary. 37yo female. Unremarkable blood work including liver enzymes and kidney function. What could cause a note of trace ascites?
