I hope you got the correct size because a lump of 0.2 cm (2 mm) is not easily palpable. Try not to assess that "lump" frequently, only one a day is fine, if the lesion gets bigger or you have spontaneous pain (unelicited), fever, malaise, etc. then you should see your doctor. You have nothing to worry at this time. Good luck.

It is probably an epidydimal cyst and is innocuous except for occasional pain.
