This number can increase for a variety of reasons. Are you drinking alcohol before it is drawn? Hepatitis can cause this as well as fatty liver. Your doctor needs to find out the reason for this abnormality, especially because it is increasing. So, see your doctor for further evaluation. Good luck!

There can be many reasons for an abnormal liver test, and it sometimes requires more detailed evaluation in order to determine the cause. You should return to see your doctor or a liver specialist for that evaluation. Good luck.
