Laboratory evaluation can only be a valuated in the clinical setting in which it was drawn. The best person to evaluate that is the Doctor Who ordered the test. Having said that, it is not unusual for a menstruating woman to have slightly low iron levels. See your gynecologist if your menses are excessive. Good luck.
