My wife is pregnant about 5 month first test at 8week was positive but now her results showing negative?

Question about pregnancy on behalf of a one year old female, is it a joke? If your wife had been tested positive at 8 weeks but now test is negative at 5 months then there is only one of 2 possibilities, i.e. either the pregnancy test at 8 weeks was false positive (not pregnant) or if this is a case of stillbirth then your wife had to have sx and signs of pregnancy in previous months.
