First day of last period july8th2 months. very light brown spotting for 3 days, cramps. very faint positive on a preg test i don't believe, now completely negative a week later. could i be pregnant i have a few symptoms or is something else going on?

It's quite likely you were pregnant, but it's possible the baby did not survive. If you've had no bleeding, the products of conception are still in your uterus. There are other possibilities here, including that you are still pregnant or have an ectopic. You need to be evaluated by an obstetrician or in the ER right now.
