3 years ago, after failed pregnancy i had analyse for ureaplasma urealyticum.the result was negative. now i took the analyse again and here is the result: ureaplasma spp 2x10*3. does this mean i was infected after the first test?

This is a positive but normal result. U. urealyticum is a normal bacteria in the genital tract; at any point in time, at least half of all persons test positive. Like all genital bacteria, it is shared by sex partners. Also, even when treatment makes the test negative, often UU has persisted at undetected levels, and then regrows. It causes no symptoms and does not need treatment.
