If there is sticky white exudate like cheese seen on the vagina opening or vagina canal then she can use clotrimazole or miconazole vaginal cream for likely vagina yeast infection if available at drug stores. If there is no exudate/discharge then she can try warm sitz bath with baking soda 15 minuts, 3-4 times/day for a couple days. Good luck.
