Month ago i was diagnosed with (sti)epididymitis, and i took antibiotics. and it's been 4 weeks since i took the antibiotics. but the swelling has moved to both testis. i was asking if my situation has gotten worse and i should see a doctor soon?

The diagnosis of epididymitis seems to be in error. You should see a Urologist soon. In the meantime wear a good scrotal support underwear. Good luck
