I had epididmytis i took antibiotics and the pain was reduced but its been 4 months there is still swelling at the top of the testi it does not cause any pain etc just the swell and after pro long standing or sit i feel discomfort dr said its normal?

You might have developed a small epidid. cyst. These are harmless but at times may cause some discomfort. Wear a sopprt underwear. Suggest see a Urologist for confirmation. Good luck
