Yes, for a lady antibiotic can be prescribed based on symptoms if there is a high chance of urine contamination with menses. Good luck.

If collected properly with pad in vagina and clean catch mid stream specimen-yes. But you can be treated for the symptoms too. Hope you do well. Dont forget about drinking water!
