No risk at all for any infection. Nobody ever catches blood borne infections in this manner, or by contact with blood in the environment. Careful with google searching: you'll be less likely to be misled if you stick with professionally run or moderated websites, like academic medical centers, public health agencies, etc. Avoid sites for an by persons at risk (like Reddit, for example).
