I have a perianal abscess , diagnosed on 11th , pain has significantly reduced and on antibiotics , will i be okay to do a four hr flight with a one hour connecting flight on the 15th ? will it burst and if it does will i be okay? i have crohns disea?

You should ask your doctor about this I completely understand the concern, I suspect the you are now experiencing a decrease in discomfort that you will be O.K.
