Your question is not very clear, but Pepcid should only be used at the doses on the packet if being used over the counter without medical supervision. Sometimes it issues at higher doses as a prescription medicine. Generally it is very safe, but every medication should be a valuated for its risks versus its benefits in any particular clinical situation. Good luck.
