I take zyrtec everyday for sinus issues, and lately taken tylenol for head/body aches (had the flu) , but in a month i have probably taken 20 or so. sometimes i take pepcid ac as well. could this cause liver issues? is tylenol/zeytrc too much?

An allergy panel may be helpful. If there is fever, green discharge, a course of antibiotics may be indicated. Nasal saline spray is often effective in reducing the symptoms. Watch for fever and increase in the headache pain.
