Almost always conclusive 6 weeks after the last dose of PEP, and always conclusive after 3 months. Your negative results show you do not have HIV. Also, it is impossible to have HIV symptoms with negative blood test. Something other than HIV explains your symptoms. See a doctor if your symptoms continue, but stop worrying about HIV.
