2 weeks post hysterectomy. went for 2 week follow up and was told i had bv. started antibiotics but the pain is getting much worse and i'm starting to have trouble urinating. when should i go to the hospital if im getting worse?

This is suspicious for a pelvic abscess. Contact the doctor who did the hysterectomy ASAP; or go to urgent care if you have trouble getting through to the doctor's office. Good luck.
