I am having a bilateral mastectomy on tuesday, and i have a sinus infection so an urgent care doctor prescribed methylprednisolone can i safely take this 5 days before surgery?

Steroid may delay wound healing so I would prefer using a nasal steroid inhaler such as flonase or nasonex for allergic rhinosinusitis. There is no absolute contraindication, though. If you want to be sure, check with the surgeon. Good luck with your surgery next week.
