Limbs are made to ambulate and exercise with. Sedentary lifestyle is associated with many Physical, Mental and Emotional dysfunction. Eating unhealthy , over eating or over-doing anything, including exercise is not health- enabling. So Modest healthy eating, exercise, adequate sleep and quality mental -stimulation are best for a healthy 22 year old.
