At friday i didn't sleep well, i slept between 6-7 hours. then at saturday night i slept 8 hours and yesterday (sunday) i slept 5 hours. did it stunt my growth? i am eating healthy and exercising 5 times a week and usually sleep good?

I doubt it. Growth is a pattern gained over time. A brief period of poor sleep has little if any effect over the long process.

A couple of episodes of insufficient sleep will not affect your health or height.
