I doubt it. Growth is a pattern gained over time. A brief period of poor sleep has little if any effect over the long process.

A couple of episodes of insufficient sleep will not affect your health or height. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
