Yes, you can take it daily for a couple weeks when heavy allergen exposure is expected and there is nothing wrong if you forget to use besides you may be symptomatic during that day. If you are concerned about the tolerance with frequent use, you can alternate weekly between flonase and an antihistamine med such as allegra. Take care.
