On flagyl for bv, but also need to take flonase for sinuses. flonase lists alcohol as an ingredient. is it safe to keep using it while taking flagyl?

Trivial amount: Yes - this would be fine to take both meds at the same time. The amount of alcohol in the nasal spray is trivial so there shouldn't be any significant reaction. Plus, it's not the kind of alcohol you drink, so I really don't think this would be a problem for you. If you were to have side effects, definitely check in with a doc who can help manage them.
