Is it normal to feel very lightheaded while recovering from a flu virus? i'm on day 6 since symptoms started. my fever/body aches are gone, but my ears feel clogged and i feel very lightheaded/disoriented still?

Those are not uncommon symptoms when infected with flu and during recovery. Stay hydrated get plenty of rest and eat nice food. Reintroduce your exercise regieme gradually.

Lightheadedness, dizziness and vertigo are commonly misunderstood terms when people describe their symptom(s) when the inner ear is affected during a viral upper respiratory infection . Yes, your symptoms are likely due to the viral URI. You should be back to baseline by next week. Take care.
