I dont have diarrhea, but do have pancolitis distention and periodic pain since 3/23. chemo was put off 2x already to give it time to heal. it has been stable but not better. chemo is scheduled for tomorrow. will tchp chemo damage gut more?

Tyhere are meds which can be given for diarrhea also the dose of the chemo adjusted. Discuss with your doc. Hope you do well.
