Sounds: like you may have a gallbladder problem not as rare as some think even in a male your age! The foul smell may be due to fat malabsorbtion. At any rate your symptoms require a proper GI evaluation which can begin with your PCP (Primary Care Provider) Hope this helps...in the meantime AVOID FATTY FOODS! Dr Z
