Unless you're taking antihypertensive meds that prevent your heart rate from racing ((beta blockers, verapamil,diltiazem) it's not unusual that your heart rate will temporarily accelerate from the excitement of orgasm. Some people do get muscle contraction headaches during sexual activity. However severe headaches& back pain should be evaluated by your MD.

masturbation causes transient rise in BP and pulse which goe down in a few minutes. If your BP is otherwise controlled yhen it is OK,. I think your other symptoms are not related to it. Keep the BP in control
