Yes, a sedentary occupation sitting, probably before a screen can predispose you to having join issues. Get up and walk around every hour or so and make sure you are keeping up a regular routine of exercise stretching out the legs and back amd arms. Dont forget regular checkups. Best wishes.

If symptoms worsen or become limiting in your daily activities it is a good idea to ask for your physician’s opinion. You do not have to worry about asking for X-rays, let your doc make that decision.
