My mother age 55 have always low level of haemoglobin and rbc . doctor have suggested her ana test which was positive at 1:80 titre with speckled pattern with intensity 1+. no other issue. but she have knee pain from past many years. is this serious?

Sounds like she has a connective tissue disease which can cause all of this. Find out the cause and treat that. Keep a good diary of her pains. Her body is talking to her. Take good notes and she and your Drs can figure out what is causing it. Good Luck.
