What can cause long term vaginal bleeding? i have been bleeding daily for 1 year. i have pcos. paid for private ultrasound scan and she said nothing obvious there. can't see fibroid or polyps. endometrial lining is 9mm thick. portion is ill defined?

You asked this question before but you did not mention PCOS history. You definitely need to see a GYN doctor for the treatment of PCOS and likely chronic anemia. Daily vaginal bleeding is very abnormal. Take care.
