I have dull pain in my left chest for a few days it comes amd goes but i only feel it most while i move a certain way usually when i'm lying down and readjust my body..and i can also feel a lump above my left nipple..i am wondering what it is?

In view of the discomfort in the left side of your chest & a lump above your left nipple, I recommend an examination by your physician. Any testing deemed appropriate will be ordered. You may be referred to a surgeon who will advise you about the breast.

Circumstances in which you describe the pain suggest a musculoskeletal source that may or may not be related to the lump you are feeling. Would definitely agree that seeing your doc for a focused exam will best in order to clarify.
