Should i see a neurologist? i have had focal dystonia (r hip and leg) for over 10 years but have noticed the toes on one foot curling under. i have also noted trouble swallowing pills, which is new. 53y, w, f. gp keeps pushing me off. amy?

Definitely time to seek some answers, dysphagia ( trouble swallowing pills) of concern as once affecting eating and drinking will result in nutritional decline. Have a discussion with your GP as to what might be the explanation for your symptoms without suggesting what the next step should be.
