Get evaluated: Your pain can have multiple sources, but it sounds like you may have a "positive straight leg raise," which means potential nerve compression. Nerve compression can cause a radiculopathy and lower extremity pain. If you have any bowel or bladder symptoms its a sign of an emergency.
