You are eating something that your digesting process produces a lot of gas. Keep a detailed diary of what you eat and your stool character. If you find something that is causing it, stop it and see what happens. Then start it again and see what happens. Do this several times & you can find out what it is. Might start off my fasting for a day or two & then add back food. A stop any supplements.
