Sounds crazy but i'm freaking out bc i think i have crc. dull abdominal cramps & discomfort, rectal discomfort, change in stool (appearance,consistency,smell), gas, and feeling full fast. syms for 1 1/2 months. no visible blood. going to gi doc soon?

The likelihood of CRC at your young age is extremely low. More likely would be an infection, inflammatory bowel disease, or irritable bowel syndrome. GI Dr evaluation is best thing to do. Trying some simethicone for gas in meantime might help, & keeping a diary of foods you eat & how they affect your symptoms- that will help your Dr.
