Possible infx: You may have an intestinal infection, which could be viral or bacterial. Any blood however is always abnormal, and you should see a dr. (preferably gi) for an evaluation. Good luck.

Diet Intolerance: Though diet intolerance to something can cause changes in your bowel pattern, blood is never, never normal or due to diet. This must be checked immediately by a gastroenterologist and at 30 usually nothing of alarm is ever found but it needs to be checked. Too much fat in the diet could also cause these issues as well as some kind of intestinal infection again best checked by a gastroenterology.
