Very bad type of air is always coming from my anus it's smell like my poop i have done many test endoscopy, rectum checkup and blood test , only small internal piles found , please tell me reason behind?

No special reason. May sometimes be related to the types of Foods and Drinks consumed. In general this gassiness tends to change with time and some people as they get older only have recollections as they out grow it with different food/drink choices and lifestyle changes, especially physical exercise.
