Hep B: Hi, if you have had all 3 series of vaccination (0-1-6 month apart) then you should be immune, but still I would recommend using protection to protect against other STDs.

Protected from Hep B: If you had the entire series of three vaccines for Hep B then you should be protected from Hep B. However, you have unprotected sex, you will not be protected from Hep C, HIV, or other sexually transmitted diseases (STD).

Hep B: If you received the 3 doses, it is still important to check that your are immune. Few percentage of patients fail to develop immunity after vaccination. If not immune CDC recommends another round of vaccination.
