A benign finding: This is a benign finding in many gallbladders. It is associated with cholesterol crystals that build up in a thickened gallbladder wall. Often associated with gallstones. It is often an incidental finding in gallbladders that are removed .It is not associated with anything to worry about.

My gallbladder has wall thickening and numerous small echogenic reflectors at the thickened wall. The findings are most suggestive of diffuse adenomyomatosis and/or cholesterolosis. Can I get simplified explanation of these findings and next steps?
I just was diagnosed with adenomyomatosis of gallbladder, i also have 2 small polyps . Should i get removed, should I fear of it becoming cancerous!
