Gallstone.: The report sounds like gallstone (echogenic focus and sludge) with some irritation of the gallbladder (wall thickening). If you have a fever, then this could also be infected cholecystitis, which your surgeon should remove. If not infected then you may be experiencing "biliary colic", caused by the gallstone. For constipation, eat more fiber rich foods. See your PMD if symptoms worsen.
