I am a 19 year old male. i just stopped using a substance called mk677 after i think it was actually a steroid. my test levels are 521 now and my lh 3.9 iu/ml and fsh 2.2 iu/ml im worried i just caused myself hypogonadism and low test for life?

This preparation is illegal in the USA and highly dangerous. Weight lifters like it due to increased muscle mass, but side effects such as gynecomastia do emerge. Strongly urge you continue to avoid and see your doctor for a full evaluation. An endocrinologist and a urologist may be needed.
